Here we are in the midst of a storm of Coronavirus. No matter what we think of it…it is real. Real in the fact that we are all affected whether we are sick or not. Wouldn’t it be sad that if all this effort to quarantine everybody and shut down everything and tank our economy…… and you still got sick? If I get it, I will be very upset. Why? I’ll tell you why!! We cancelled everything, the NBA, the NCAA tournament, Major league Baseball, High School State basketball Tournament, local sports, closed churches and restaurants, schools, beaches……….and I still got sick! OOOHHH I’m gonna be mad!!! In the world you will have tribulation but be of good cheer I have overcome the world. If we have Jesus we already should be of good cheer. This is a fascinating time. I can’t wait to get up each day and see what God is going to do that day. Right now, most of us need some joy, assurance and peace. James will tell us how in practical ways to have it.
