It can be comical looking back to when we were young and we “rebelled” against our parents, teachers, or other authorities thinking that true freedom comes from living life by our own rules. But it’s not so funny when we grow up and don't change that mindset - causing damage to ourselves and the people around us. In Part 6 of "Welcome to the Family", Pastor Joe reminds us to pay attention to God’s guidance in the Bible so that we don't end up crashing through life’s ups and downs in our own limited ability. Luckily, God offers the members of His spiritual family all the power they need through His Holy Spirit so that we can lead lives that please Him.
