4.15.22 When life becomes overwhelming (and at some point, it will!), the good news is that we are never left alone to try to overcome it ourselves. At least not unless we want to be! In part two of the series "RISE", Pastor Joe teaches us that whenever we face overwhelming circumstances, we are in good company. When Jesus was on earth, He himself was overwhelmed - literally to the point of death - so that we could have a close relationship with Him. When we invite Him in to help us with the overwhelming situations in our life, we will realize that with His power, we can be strengthened to overcome them.
