Understanding Peace

We are in Christ, the Prince of Peace yet we have been shaken from the place of Peace. There is rest and safety for our souls. Our minds, will, and emotions do not have to figure out life and do life by ourselves anymore. We have been given a comforter and helper who teaches us all the ways of God. The Helper will lead us in a clear path, he sees the enemy and knows the plan the enemy has to deceive us. Before we even get out of bed and before we lay our heads on the pillow at night God sees and knows all things. What a place to be when our mind is rested in the Almighty. It has been given to us to know God's ways and the more we know and trust the Father the power and authority of Christ will reign in our hearts and proceed out of our mouths. Scripture for thought Mark 4:30-40 Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son, is given, and the government will be upon His shoulders. And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace Ephesians 1:17-18 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son, is given, and the government will be upon His shoulders. And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace Colossians 1:9-14 James 1:1-5, 12 (12) Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him. 1 Peter 5:6-11 (8-9) Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith. Remember that your family of believers all over the world is going through the same kind of suffering you are. Proverbs 3:1-8 John 17:20-26 I think that we really do forget that we are fighting a spiritual enemy. Remember this fear is false evidence appearing real.
