Zechariah 4:5-7 Then the angel that talked with me answered and said unto me, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord. Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts. Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it. I am not trying to go on and on about communion. I really want us to understand how present the Lord is in us, and that we have a living relationship with the living God right now in this very moment. Communion notes Luke 22:19-20 He took some bread and gave thanks to God for it. Then he broke it in pieces and gave it to the disciples, saying, “This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.” After supper he took another cup of wine and said, “This cup is the new covenant between God and his people—an agreement confirmed with my blood, which is poured out as a sacrifice for you. NLT 1 Corinthians 11:24-26 …and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “This is My body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” In the same way, after supper He took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood; do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.” For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes.… As I was searching out communion, I heard the this,” Moedim” What are Moedim? https://standing-with-israel.org/2022/02/23/what-are-moedim/ “In Hebrew these appointed times are called moedim (מועדים). G-D appointed special times in the calendar year for us to set time aside for him. The word moedim does not solely mean a festive time or a season of celebration. It is a time to remember and reflect on all of the times when God revealed Himself to mankind.” I believe communion is a Moedim and we do not have to wait to participate. Communion is something we should do every day. Let us not be legalist about wine or grape juice you can use water. Here is part of an article from Christianity.com.
