Peace In The Midst Of The Storm. Jesus was asleep in the back of a boat while the storm surged. It must have been pretty bad because the disciples thought they would die. I want to sleep in the boat like Jesus. We are all a part of the great commission, miracles signs, and wonders are a part of living in the kingdom of God. Let's get beyond our souls. The same power and authority that is in Jesus is in us. Jesus Calms the Storm Luke 8:22 One day Jesus said to His disciples, “Let us cross to the other side of the lake.” So He got into a boat with them and set out. 23 As they sailed, He fell asleep, and a windstorm came down on the lake, so that the boat was being swamped, and they were in great danger. 24 The disciples went and woke Him, saying, “Master, Master, we are perishing!” Then Jesus got up and rebuked the wind and the raging waters, and they subsided, and all was calm. 25 “Where is your faith?” He asked. Frightened and amazed, they asked one another, “Who is this? He commands even the winds and the water, and they obey Him!” We are married to Christ. He truly loves His bride He takes care of each of us as we are a part of Himself (His body) not like a building made with bricks. Read Ephesians 5:25-30
