But woe to the earth and the sea; with great fury the devil has come down to you, knowing he has only a short time.” (Mark 8:27–30; Luke 9:18–20; John 6:67–71) The gates of hell cannot prevail against the church, Matthew 16:15-19 “But what about you?” Jesus asked. “Who do you say I am?” Simon Peter answered, You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah! For this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by My Father in heaven. And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades will not prevail against it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” Another note, when God builds the house, we don’t labor in vain, bears the fruit He created it to bear.
