I Have A Simple Question

I have a simple question; can we be friends? We tend to look at each other on the surface rather than at how God sees us. 1 Samuel 16:6-7 But the LORD said to Samuel, “Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The LORD does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” NIV Scripture for thought 2 Corinthians 5:15-17 And He died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves, but for Him who died for them and was raised again. So from now on, we regard no one according to the flesh. Although we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away. Behold, the new has come! Matthew 7:20 So then, by their fruit you will recognize them.
