Guilt, Shame, And Heaviness Of Heart

I feel like I am jumping out of an airplane or falling backward and the only arms that can catch me are the arms of Christ as I let go of my strength for His. I thought I could handle life but the weight of it crushed me, the shame of it hurt me and sin pushed me into hell separating me from the true source of LIFE. Jesus took the guilt of all mankind when He went to the cross. Let’s live free from the mental strongholds that keep us bound to the feelings of the flesh. Jesus has made us free we are no longer on our own. Galatians 5:1 It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. Scripture for thought Deuteronomy 6:5-6 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.
