Everything is based on the fact that God IS and He sent His Son and saved us. Salvation is God and we live in Him, in His strength, in His love, in His wisdom, in His understanding, and in His Mercy. The Lord knows our weaknesses and calls us to humble ourselves and surrender to the knowledge of Him. It is our soul that is being renewed and it is made new by knowledge; the knowledge of God and of Jesus our salvation. Isaiah 57:15 For thus says the One who is high and lifted up, who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: “I dwell in a high and holy place, and with the oppressed and humble in spirit, to restore the spirit of the lowly and revive the heart of the contrite. Matthew 11:28-30 (29) NIV Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. Philippians 4:5-9 1 Peter 5:6-10 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. We have this knowledge of God and of our Christ in our hearts and on our tongues. It says in the book of Revelation “They overcame the enemy by the blood of the lamb and the word of their testimony. None of this is what we have done and the testimony is what God has said.
