If we do not understand the name that has been given to us, how can we live a resurrected life? If our hearts have been circumcised and if our flesh truly has been crucified, then we understand this relationship we are in with God. Jesus is living a resurrected life and we are in Him. We are meant to live through Christ the salvation that God sent into this world. (Galatians 5:22-25, John 3:16-17) Scripture for thought Romans 15:4-5 For everything that was written in the past was written for our instruction, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures, we might have hope. Now may the God who gives endurance and encouragement grant you harmony with one another in Christ Jesus. 2 Timothy 3:15-17 You have been taught the holy Scriptures from childhood, and they have given you the wisdom to receive the salvation that comes by trusting in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.
