The recent controversy surrounding Florida Governor Ron DeSantis' actions to ban certain parts of Critical Race Theory in school curriculum has brought the topic of CRT and racism back to the forefront. But how many people really know what CRT is? How many parents can spot the influence of CRT in curriculum that is ALREADY approved? Probably not many, if any. Since February is Black History Month, over a series of Culture Crossroads episodes, we are going to take a survey of what Critical Race Theory is, what it teaches, and the people behind the CRT academic movement.
